Hear some great local musicians perform at the Stevens Memorial Library, 20 Memorial Drive, Ashburnham, on Wednesday evening, November 29. Doors open at 6:30 for seating and refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library. Open mike begins at 7:00, followed by our featured performer, guitarist and singer-songwriter Steve Rapson, at 8:00. Seating is limited so please arrive early. Admission is free!
Steve Rapson has recorded several compact discs of instrumental guitar music and three that feature his songwriting: A Little Bit a' Crow, The Illustrated Man, and Seeking Soul. He performs around the United States, and is often found at fairs and festivals where he demonstrates the beauty of the guitar and teaches beginners their first chord. He is the author of The Art of the Soloperformer: A Field Guide to Stage and Podium, and holds a Master's Degree in Communication Management from Simmons College.
